With over 15 years of experience at an aircraft manufacturer, I had the opportunity to manage teams and key projects in IT, indirect procurement, and facilities, optimizing performance and supporting strategic objectives.
I discovered Lean in 2010, and it transformed my vision of management and continuous improvement. Since then, I helped many teams to implement this method, especially by leading VSM workshops to identify and eliminate waste.
